Your email account will migrate to Office 365 starting at 5:00 p.m. today, April 11ththrough 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 12th.
When your mailbox is being migrated, your email and calendar will be temporarily unavailable. All of your existing mail and any new mail will move to Office 365. After your account migrates, how you login to email will change. Login instructions and the basic information you will need after migration are summarized on the Migration Cheat Sheet. A hardcopy of this document was also delivered to your University mailbox.
If you would like to start or continue receiving university email on your mobile device, they will need to be configuredfor Office 365. You can find detailed instructions at office365.uconn.edu under Email Setup if you would like to configure the device yourself. We also have enhanced on-site support available to you on Tuesday at the following times and locations:
